Out of Stock Items

Every item is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before being shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may hold it at a local collection point.

It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the carrier's specified timeframe. If the package is returned due to non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
